We had a wonderful stay at Urban Comforts Hotel, Chennai. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that made our stay relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of delicious South Indian dishes and was a great way to start the day. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to T. Nagar, shopping areas, temples, and other key attractions in Chennai. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money and is an ideal choice for families, business travellers, and tourists alike. I stayed at Urban comforts for 1 day, I choose this place because it was closer to T nagar and it has great reviews, the hotel is spotless clean since it is new, We booked family room so we're happy to see that there was a separate single room with AC, pleasantly surprised. Breakfast facility is yet to start, however the owner has promised to start it in few days which would be an additional facility. I would personally like to request them to keep the facilities as clean as it is now, I as a frequent traveller prefer cleanliness over anything else. So people like me after checking the review can prefer your hotel over others. I like the hospitality and staff was friendly. Would like to recommend to others too. Thank you. My 1st visit to Chennai was made comfortable and worry free thanks to the team in Urban Comforts. Mr. Praveen's kind, friendly attitude made it easy to communicate and felt well taken care of as a guess. His team Hashim, Shaid, Shaqeel was also very kind and helpful too. Room, bathroom was very clean. Linen was clean. Basically nothing major to complaint. As a foreigner biggest issue had was having a telephone connectivity and data since sim card purchase is not allowed. As a suggestion if Urban Comforts can provide a sim registered under them for short stay foreigners it will be a great help and a service. Because in some areas home country connection roaming doesn't work. Team, once again thank you for making my 1st visit comfortable, worry free. Hats off to the cleanliness maintained inside rooms. Had a fantastic stay with family in a Comfort Triple Room while traveling to and from my hometown. Although the room was compact, it was thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The early check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our stay even more comfortable. The location was convenient, the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh options, including made-to-order omelettes, and the blazing-fast Wi-Fi was a huge plus. My family and I had an excellent stay at Urban Comforts during our time in Chennai. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and you are provided with all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay, such as AC and hot water. You can also have breakfast in the hotel, which was always delicious. The location of the hotel is also excellent and it's a short drive away from many restaurants and shopping areas in T Nagar. A special shoutout to all the staff at Urban Comforts, including Praveen and Arman - they were always responsive and helped us whenever we needed anything and made us feel comfortable and at home. Overall is good. Stayed in my business traveling, I chose here due to it is new with good reviews, during booking, the counter receptionist replied properly and good manners. And as expected, the room is fresh, bright, clean, everything (AC ,toilet, water heater, switches)is working well . Breakfast , idly dosa poori with masala and chutney, tea coffee juice, staffs are servicing sincerely. Although room is small, but enough for single person. I will definitely visit again. Hope they maintain the same conditions continuously. While checking out, staff was very concerned about my drinking water is enough or not, make customer feel warm as their nmae. We were a group of 23 travelers from Malaysia staying at this hotel, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with ordering food and were always available whenever we needed help. During our trip, we faced an unexpected incident and had to cancel one night out of our three-night booking at the last minute. The hotel management was very understanding and kindly waived the payment for that night, which we truly appreciated. Keep up the great work! We booked urban comforts directly during the travel from pilgrimage for 2 nights. From the time we checked in all the staff looked after us very well. The boys from reception to dining room all were great. They were happy to get us food or anything we need from outside. They reassured us to have a pleasant stay as we are coming from abroad. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy and very convenient area for all amnesties. Having breakfast included and both days we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Best hotel ever. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. The location also very nearby to tnagar and saidapet metro. More than anything, the staffs here are so helpful. We were from Malaysia and stayed in that hotel for shopping purposes. The staffs helped us to keep our shopping bags even after checkout and b4 check ins. They even offered us the adapter and helped us booked bus tickets to tiruchi. Literally they didn't say no to anything. So helpful and polite. Highlight recommended. Stayed here for a couple of nights as we read good reviews. It has been a great choice. The staff at the front desk contacted us before we arrived to check what time we were coming. Great communication 👍 Greeted by very pleasant staff. Room was clean, fresh and cool. We had the breakfast which was good value. They also happily fulfilled our request and provided fruit and curd. Local options also available. Hotel feels quite new and everything works as it should. Well done to the team for providing a lovely stay at a reasonable price. The customer service truly exceeded expectations. From the moment I checked in, Azhar, Praveen, and Iqbal went above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the property feels very safe. Access to Uber, Ola, and Rapido is also convenient. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the generosity and warmth of the staff more than make up for it. I have never before seen a front-desk associate, like Praveen, take it upon himself to pick up my medication late in the evening. This level of care is extraordinarily rare anywhere in the world. ~ Vat C

Loved our stay at urban comforts, the rooms were clean and as pictured. Staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful . We needed early check in because our flight landed early and they were able to help with that. We were only supposed to stay for one night as we had another accommodation after this but due to some emergency that plan fell through and they were more than accommodating to help us extend our stay another two nights. We came to Chennai for a business meet at Chennai Trade Centre and stayed at Urban Comforts for 6 days. Throughout our stay, we were extremely comfortable and had a very pleasant experience. Every staff member treated us like their own family, always welcoming us with a lovely smile and making sure we were comfortable. We usually stay at Taj hotels, but due to our appointments around the T. Nagar area, we decided to choose Urban Comforts after going through many Google reviews. After experiencing the hotel ourselves for 6 days, I can honestly say that it was a great decision. Highly recommended — Hotel Urban Comforts! A very special mention and a big thank you to Mr. Praveen from the Reception team. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, even beyond his shift hours. Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cute and compact, yet very well planned and comfortable.
