I stayed at Urban comforts for 1 day, I choose this place because it was closer to T nagar and it has great reviews, the hotel is spotless clean since it is new, We booked family room so we're happy to see that there was a separate single room with AC, pleasantly surprised. Breakfast facility is yet to start, however the owner has promised to start it in few days which would be an additional facility. I would personally like to request them to keep the facilities as clean as it is now, I as a frequent traveller prefer cleanliness over anything else. So people like me after checking the review can prefer your hotel over others. I like the hospitality and staff was friendly. Would like to recommend to others too. Thank you. My family and I had an excellent stay at Urban Comforts during our time in Chennai. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and you are provided with all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay, such as AC and hot water. You can also have breakfast in the hotel, which was always delicious. The location of the hotel is also excellent and it's a short drive away from many restaurants and shopping areas in T Nagar. A special shoutout to all the staff at Urban Comforts, including Praveen and Arman - they were always responsive and helped us whenever we needed anything and made us feel comfortable and at home. We booked urban comforts directly during the travel from pilgrimage for 2 nights. From the time we checked in all the staff looked after us very well. The boys from reception to dining room all were great. They were happy to get us food or anything we need from outside. They reassured us to have a pleasant stay as we are coming from abroad. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy and very convenient area for all amnesties. Having breakfast included and both days we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. We were a group of 23 travelers from Malaysia staying at this hotel, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with ordering food and were always available whenever we needed help. During our trip, we faced an unexpected incident and had to cancel one night out of our three-night booking at the last minute. The hotel management was very understanding and kindly waived the payment for that night, which we truly appreciated. Keep up the great work! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Chennai. ~ Vicks P

Loved our stay at urban comforts, the rooms were clean and as pictured. Staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful . We needed early check in because our flight landed early and they were able to help with that. We were only supposed to stay for one night as we had another accommodation after this but due to some emergency that plan fell through and they were more than accommodating to help us extend our stay another two nights. The complementary breakfast was also great, better than some of the breakfasts we tried from outside. Thank you for the wonderful experience! ~ Stacey L

The customer service truly exceeded expectations. From the moment I checked in, Azhar, Praveen, and Iqbal went above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the property feels very safe. Access to Uber, Ola, and Rapido is also convenient. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the generosity and warmth of the staff more than make up for it. I have never before seen a front-desk associate, like Praveen, take it upon himself to pick up my medication late in the evening. This level of care is extraordinarily rare anywhere in the world. ~ Vat C

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel near T. Nagar. I stayed for 4 nights and had a comfortable experience throughout. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was simple but good, and it was a nice way to start the day. Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cute and compact, yet very well planned and comfortable. Even though it wasn’t very big, it had all the necessary amenities, making the stay easy and convenient. The room was clean, well maintained, and had a cozy vibe which we really loved. The room is compact but we were there for a consulate appointment so we didn't really need big rooms. Everything was very neat and clean. Check in and check out was very easy. The TV had everything like OTT apps. There was plenty of natural light when needed. Commute was not a problem. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We did not have the breakfast so don't know about it. We spent two nights at the hotel and were very happy with our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and all spoke perfect English. The hotel is new, and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. A big plus was the availability of water and a kettle with tea and coffee. There was also plenty of hot water for showering. Location (close to T Nagar), ease of access and the design of rooms (there was a single bed in a separate room within) was perfect to our requirements as a group of 3. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to move around comfortably. Food is not yet an option, but they allow food ordered in, and provide cutlery if needed. The hotel is still in its infancy, so expect more facilities to be added. ~ Kuntal G

Very clean and comfortable accommodation, especially for travelers like us coming from Canada. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room is on the smaller side, but it works well for two people with luggage and shopping from T. Nagar. They also offer a family room, which is a great option. I stayed here for few days and this is a really good place with excellent service! With really good complimentary breakfast. Rooms are really good & Compact for 2 members with WiFi connection and google tv connectivity and comes along with wonderful mattress which makes you feel at home. We went for a late night stay . We got booking as quick in less than 30 min from booking.com. The staff were attentive at late night also . Only thing which is somewhat worryful is the space of the room , there is only little move around space within the room . The best part is the property is brand new one, the washrooms were very neat and tidy . I do recommend this stay . ~ subramanyam L
